Why is our pack better than everyone else's? We have designed our pack and its components in conjunction with Osprey Packs Inc., a high end backpack company that has been around for 30 years. Our knowledge in emergency medicine, combined with cutting edge technology and materials makes this pack undoubtedly the finest medical response pack on the market. In fact, we only sell one pack because it is versatile enough to meet the needs of everyone from search and rescue, ski patrol, ambulance services and most other medical responders.
Res-Q-View System
The pack design is spawned from ideas of practicality and function during intense emergency situations. On scene, the quick access and clear panel compartments make it easy to get things done, even if you are unfamiliar with it. Our secret is in the Res-Q-View System in which 3 windowed bags attach to the oxygen bag with Velcro. This system is actually self contained and can be carried without the pack with the handle or the removable shoulder strap. Also, in multi-trauma situations the individual bags can be removed for different uses
Superior Comfort and Durability
The main pack utilizes a Straightjacket Compression / Suspension System that supports your load, no matter how big or small, with its expandable foam sides. This also offers protection for your gear inside. It features fully adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable, hideaway, hip belt. Combine this with a ½ length aluminum stay and spacer mesh back panels with full frame sheet and you have the most comfortable medical response pack on the market. With an average pack size of 1900 cu. in. there is plenty of room for all of your gear. Yet, a full pack still weighs just over 20 lbs.
Two Packs In One
New to this year's model is the adjustable yoke style harness that quickly converts to a second backpack. Simply release the Velcro between the two packs and this smaller (300 cu. in.) bag slides out. It is ideal for carrying a hydration reservoir or any other supplies that you may have. It also has an outside mesh pocket and shock cord for carrying extra gear. If you aren't using this bag, it is low profile enough not to get in the way.
